Every form has a main text which will be displayed at the top of a form.
This form uses a single form template.
It uses the layout function and sends you a confirmation e-mail if you want to get one.
You can append one or more form templates to a form.
In this example we use only one form template.
Next comes the form template:

Above you can see that we have extended the captcha techniques. The most important extension is the use of reCaptcha. Therby you have the opportunity to you use a security code even if your server doesn't support the creation of images.
You can add custom text at the end of the form now. This can be HTML like this text or Javascript for Google Analytics or Google conversion tracking code.
