Multiple form template example

This example shows you the use of multiple form templates.

New to Proforms:

form-creator As you can see, it is possible now to insert custom html between the form fields.
This gives you the opportunity to beautify your forms.

Above you can see that we have extended the captcha techniques. The most important extension is the use of reCaptcha. Therby you have the opportunity to you use a security code even if your server doesn't support the creation of images.

You can add custom text at the end of the form now. This can be HTML like this text or Javascript for Google Analytics or Google conversion tracking code.
